1. Overview These Terms and Conditions govern your use of soundsdjevents.com and any services provided by The Sounds DJ Services & Entertainment, owned and operated by Joe Seyler, based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services The Sounds DJ Services & Entertainment provides professional DJ, MC, and entertainment services for weddings, corporate events, school events, and private celebrations. All bookings are performed personally by Joe Seyler. We do not subcontract or assign your event to another performer without your knowledge and consent.

3. Bookings and Deposits A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. Until both are received, your date is not held. Deposit amounts and payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Cancellations Cancellation terms are outlined in your signed service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your event date and result in the turning away of other bookings.

5. Force Majeure In the unlikely event that we are unable to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen events), we will make every reasonable effort to find a qualified replacement and notify you as soon as possible.

6. Website Use The content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of The Sounds DJ Services & Entertainment. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links Our website may link to third-party platforms such as WeddingWire, Facebook, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sounds DJ Services & Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the value of the contracted service.
